Goals
Primary
- Develop a suite of 3D interaction widgets for medical image analysis.
Secondary
- Review the new VTK 3D widgets architecture.
- Polish existing widgets and modify as necessary to reflect architecture changes.
- Add testing for 3D widgets (most of the new ones do not have formal VTK tests)
- Refactor the old-style widgets into the new architecture (i.e., separate widget from its representation and use the event translator).
- Add new widgets in support of Slicer and NAMIC activities.
